Can I void or refund a Songfile® license?

Per the terms of use, licenses issued through Songfile®  are non-refundable. However, if you need to correct information on a Songfile®  license and repurchase the license(s) with corrected information, HFA can void the original license(s) and issue a refund for original orders, minus processing fees. Please note that refunds cannot be issued for licenses that are more than 60 days old.

NOTE: Once a Songfile®  license has been issued, no changes or updates can be made to the information on that license.
