How can I view the status of my eSong® submissions and confirm my catalog?

How to Track Submission Status and Access the Most Current Catalog Information in eSong

To check the status of individual eSong® submissions:

  1. Log into your portal account.
  2. Open the eSong tool.
  3. Select the Song Submission History tab.

This section will show a list of all your past submissions along with the current status of each request.

The eSong® tool provides a static view of your submitted works. As a result, the information shown on the submissions page may not always reflect your most current catalog.

To ensure you’re seeing the most accurate information, we recommend downloading a catalog report from your portal account for the most up-to-date view of your works.
