How can I view the status of my eSong submissions and confirm my catalog?

How to Track Submission Status and Access the Most Current Catalog Information in eSong

To check the status of individual eSong submissions:

  1. Log into your portal account.
  2. Open the eSong tool.
  3. Select the Song Submission History tab.

This section will show a list of all your past submissions along with the current status of each request.

The eSong tool provides a static view of your submitted works. As a result, the information shown on the submissions page may not always reflect your most current catalog.

To ensure you’re seeing the most accurate information, we recommend downloading a catalog report from your portal account for the most up-to-date view of your works.
