How Do I Complete Onboarding in HFA’s New Payment System to Continue Receiving Payments?

Submit Accurate Payee and Tax Information in the New Payment Portal to Ensure Uninterrupted HFA Payments

HFA has introduced an improved payment system to streamline your payment experience. To continue receiving payments, you must complete onboarding by submitting your updated payee information.

⚠️ Please note: Submitting inaccurate or incomplete information may delay your payment processing.

Steps to Access Your New Payment Experience:

  1. Visit https://portal.harryfox.com

  2. If prompted, select the appropriate account for your session

  3. Click on the Statements tab and select Payment & Taxes

  4. Choose the Payee whose payment and tax information you wish to update, then click Open

  5. Complete the form as instructed

Information Required to Complete Onboarding:

To complete your onboarding, be prepared to provide the following details for the Payee:

  • Contact Details:
    Full name, address, email address, and phone number

  • Payment Details:
    Preferred payment method, banking information, and currency preference

  • Tax Identity:
    The portal will guide you in selecting and completing the appropriate tax forms (e.g., W-9, W-8, VAT, etc.)
