How do I log in to my new HFA Portal account?

Step-by-step instructions for accessing your newly created HFA Portal account for the first time.

 Step 1: Visit the HFA Portal

       Go to: https://hub.harryfox.com

Step 2: Log in using the credentials below

  • Email: USER EMAIL
  • Password: Temporary password provided in the welcome email

    Be sure to enter your email exactly as provided during setup.

Step 3: Reset your password

Once logged in:

  1. Click your account name in the top right corner
  2. Select Profile
  3. Click the "Change Password" tab
  4. Choose a new, secure password
