How do I notify HFA of foreign activity related to my songs?
For HFA‑affiliated publishers collecting foreign royalties: use the Notification of Foreign Activity Form to alert us to uses or manufacturing abroad.
If you are an HFA-affiliated music publisher that has selected HFA to collect your foreign royalties and are aware of a current or future use or manufacturing of your song in a foreign territory represented by an HFA reciprocal agreement, please fill out our Notification of Foreign Activity Form. Upon receipt of the completed form, we will contact our affiliate societies in the appropriate territories.
Note: International royalty collection generally takes longer than domestic collection. Royalty collections for older releases may be limited by the territorial statute of limitations.
