How Do I Participate or Opt-Into Open Agreements offered through the HFA Portal?

To take action on open agreements, log into your HFA Portal and click on "Licensing and Agreements" on the left-hand side. This action will take you to the “Agreement Portal”. In the “Agreement Portal”, you will see a list of agreements that are currently open under the “New Agreements” and “Open Agreements” headers.

To opt into any of these agreements, please click on the agreement name and fulfill the requirements specified for each agreement. You will then be able to check your progress by viewing the “Action Taken By” column on the Agreement Portal homepage.

If this is your first time accessing the HFA Portal, please click the blue "First Time Here?" button at the bottom of the login screen. This will generate an email containing a link to set up your password.
