How do I register my songs with HFA?

To register your songs, you must become an affiliate. If you are interested in affiliating with HFA, please click here.
As an affiliate, you can register your songs , and provide us with related recording data such as Artist Name, Album Title, and ISRC, using one of our standard formats:
- Common Works Registration (CWR) – An industry standard for the bulk submission of composition information.
- eSong® – HFA’s proprietary system for registering compositions.
- eSong® Bulk - HFA’s solution for high-volume registrations for publishers that are not CWR-enabled that utilizes an Excel-formatted template
