How do I Relinquish Works that I no longer claim?

Once claims have expired, please complete the below form [RELINQUISHMENT FORM] to indicate works you are no longer claiming.

Please ensure the following information is included: first & last name; email address; publisher name; publisher number; collection share; song codes to be relinquished. If you don’t know the song code, please utilize the MLC Public Work Search. HFA will confirm completed processing.

If your works are administered by another party, and after the administration agreement end date, you can contact the current administrator and request that they complete the HFA relinquishment form for the works, per the end of the administration agreement.
