How do I Relinquish Works that I no longer claim?
HFA Song Relinquishment Procedure
Once claims have expired, please complete the below form to indicate works you are no longer claiming.
If your works are administered by another party, and after the administration agreement end date, you can contact the current administrator and request that they complete the HFA relinquishment form for the works, per the end of the administration agreement.
