How do I Relinquish Musical Works that I no longer claim?

If you no longer administer rights to a particular musical work or catalog, please complete the below form to indicate works you are no longer claiming.

If your works were administered by another party and that party no longer administers those rights, please contact the current administrator and request that they complete the HFA relinquishment form for those works.
