How do I update my HFA Portal email?

A step-by-step guide to updating your email for your HFA Portal account.

Step 1: Go to the HFA Portal Login Page

Visit: https://portal.harryfox.com

Step 2: Login using your existing credentials

On the login screen, input your currently registered email address and password in the login fields.

Step 3: Review your profile settings

In the top-left corner of the page, under "Profile", you will see a "Settings" dropdown. Open this and click "Edit Profile".

Step 4: Enter the required information via the HFA Portal Email Update Form 

Below your currently registered email, you will see a prompt to submit a form. Click the link, enter the applicable information, and submit the HFA Portal Email Update Form.

HFA will then review, update accordingly, and you will receive a notification that everything has been processed.

Step 5: Log Back In

Return to https://portal.harryfox.com and log in using your new email and password.
