How do I update my mailing address and payment address in the HFA Portal?
Instructions for updating your contact and payment address details in your HFA Portal profile.
To update the mailing address for your publisher account, follow these steps:
Update Mailing Address
- Log into your HFA Portal account: https://portal.harryfox.com
- On the homepage, click Payment & Taxes
- Under your profile, select Address & Contact
- Click the yellow Edit Address button
- Enter the updated address information
- Click Submit
Please allow an overnight refresh for the updated address to be reflected in your account.
⚠️ Important Note on Payment Address:
If you are receiving paper checks, updating your mailing address does NOT update your payment address. This information must be managed separately in your profile.
Update Payment Address
- Log into your HFA Portal account: https://portal.harryfox.com
- From the homepage, select Payment & Taxes
- On the profile screen, select Payment & Taxes again
- Request a Sign-In Link to verify your identity
- Select the Payee whose payment and tax details you’d like to update
- Click Open and complete the form as directed
