How do I view the payment information I currently have on file at HFA?

Step 1: Go to the HFA Publisher Portal

Visit https://portal.harryfox.com and log in using your publisher credentials.


Step 2: Select your account

If prompted, select the correct account for your session.


Step 3: Navigate to Payment & Taxes

  • Click the Statements tab

  • Then select Payment & Taxes

Note: You will be asked to verify your identity. Click the link provided to receive an email with a redirect link to the Payment & Taxes page.
If you are not automatically redirected, visit https://hub.harryfox.com/access/signin and select the Payment & Taxes tab.


Step 4: Select the appropriate payee

Choose the payee whose payment and tax information you wish to update, then click Open.


Step 5: If you have already inputted payment information in the HFA Portal, you will see all 4 checkboxes below marked with a green check:

 

First, your Address will be populated below this bar. Please ensure your Payment Address is correct and press Next in the bottom right-hand corner. If this information is not correct, press the Edit button.

Next, the Payment Method you have selected will be populated. Please ensure your Payment Method is correct and press Next in the bottom right-hand corner. If this information is not correct, press the Edit button.

Next, the screen will indicate the date you have submitted tax information in this portal. If you would like to view the tax information we have on file, you may click the "click here" hyperlink on the screen. If this information is not correct, click the hyperlink presented to submit a new tax form.

 

Please note, the "Payment & Taxes" button on the HFA Portal homepage will stay red even once you have completed the payment and taxes onboarding. However, if you have confirmed the data is correct in all steps above, you can rest assured that we have the information we need.
