How to Submit or Update Your Direct Deposit Details

A Step-by-Step Guide to Managing Your Payment Information Securely and Efficiently

Step 1: Go to the HFA Publisher Portal

Visit https://portal.harryfox.com and log in using your publisher credentials.


Step 2: Select your account

If prompted, select the correct account for your session.


Step 3: Navigate to Payment & Taxes

  • Click the Statements tab

  • Then select Payment & Taxes

Note: You will be asked to verify your identity. Click the link provided to receive an email with a redirect link to the Payment & Taxes page.
If you are not automatically redirected, visit https://hub.harryfox.com/access/signin and select the Payment & Taxes tab.


Step 4: Select the appropriate payee

Choose the payee whose payment and tax information you wish to update, then click Open.


Step 5: Provide the required payee information

To complete onboarding or update existing information, provide:

  • Contact Details: Name, address, email, and phone number

  • Payment Details: Preferred payment method, banking information, and currency preference

  • Tax Identity: The portal will guide you in selecting and submitting the correct tax forms (e.g., W-9, W-8, VAT)
