How to Download Statements from the HFA Portal

Download royalty and payment statements from the HFA Portal in just a few steps. Excel export is available for easy record keeping.

For best results, use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.

Step 1: Log in to your HFA Portal account

Visit https://portal.harryfox.com and sign in using your email and password.

💡 If this is your first time visiting the portal, click “First time here?” to set up your login credentials.

Step 2: Access your statements

  1. From the homepage, click the Statements link.

  2. Select the appropriate payee and payment month.

  3. Choose the individual statements you'd like to download and click Continue to Download.

Step 3: Choose statement type and format

A menu window will appear where you can:

  • Select the type of statement (e.g., Royalty, Payment)

  • Choose the file format (Excel, PDF, or other available options)

Once selected, your file will begin downloading.
