How to Download the Income Tracking Report

Use the HFA Portal to generate a detailed view of your royalty earnings. The Income Tracking Report includes all payment data by title, check date, and share.

Step 1: Log in to the HFA Portal

Go to https://portal.harryfox.com and sign in with your account credentials.

Step 2: Access the Income Tracking Report

From the left-hand menu:

  • Click Reports

  • Under the Royalty section, select Income Tracking Report

Step 3: Set your date range

In the Paid Date fields:

  • Set the range from the earliest available date to the most recent date

  • This ensures the report includes all payments, regardless of check issue date

Step 4: Filter by song (optional)

  • If you're researching a specific title, enter the song title or song code in the Songs field

  • Leave it blank to include all titles in your report

Step 5: Choose a file format

  • Select your preferred export format (e.g., CSV, Excel, PDF)

Step 6: Download the report

  • Click Create and Download at the bottom of the screen

  • Your report will be generated and available for immediate download
