Required Process for Updating Mechanical Rights Collection with HFA
For Transfers Involving Digital Audio Mechanical Royalties:
If your LOD involves transferring the rights to administer and collect digital audio mechanical royalties, this must be processed through The MLC using their Catalog Transfer process.
Steps to initiate a catalog transfer:
1. Complete the request through the MLC’s Catalog Transfer Tool

After submitting the form, The MLC will review your request and follow up by email with any questions or additional steps.
