How to Update Mailing Address or Payment Information
Need to change your address or update your payment method in the HFA Portal? Follow these steps to keep your contact and payment information current.
To update your mailing address:

Log in to your HFA Portal account at https://portal.harryfox.com.

From the homepage, select Payment & Taxes.

In your profile screen, click Address & Contact.

Click the yellow Edit Address button.

Enter your new address information.

Click Submit.
🕒 Please allow one overnight refresh for these changes to be reflected in your account.
⚠️ Important: If you currently receive paper checks, this update will not change your payment address. You’ll need to update that separately (see next section).
🔹 To update direct deposit or payment information:

Log in to your HFA Portal account at https://portal.harryfox.com.

On the homepage, select Payment & Taxes.

In your profile screen, select Payment & Taxes again.

Request a sign-in link to verify your identity.

Select the payee whose payment and tax information you want to update, then click Open.

Complete the payment form as directed.
💡 If not automatically redirected, go to https://hub.harryfox.com/user/profile and select the Payment & Taxes tab.
