If I obtain a mechanical license from Songfile®, do I need to obtain a mechanical license from the publishers who own the song?

When you obtain a mechanical license for a musical composition from Songfile®, the license will provide the identity and ownership percentage of the music publishers on whose behalf HFA issued the license. If your order includes the transmission of an NOI, the identity of the music publisher to whom the NOI is sent will be provided on the NOI.
