What are the Different Statuses for License Requests in eMechanical?
In eMechanical, a single request typically progresses through a series of distinct statuses in a workflow, representing its current stage.
- Issued – A request was approved and as such, a unique 10-digit license number is provided and a pdf can be generated.
- Rejected – A request was not accepted. You can find the reject reason listed above the request details.
- Saved – A request saved with the intention to submit at a later time.
- Cancelled – A request that was cancelled at some point after submission.
- Deleted – A request that was rejected by an HFA agent.
- Pending HFA Review – A request that is currently in the HFA queue for review due to special provisions.
- Pending Publisher Review – A request that is currently in one or more publishers’ queue for further review.
- Voided – A license that is null and void.
