What is an Import License?

Import licenses, issued via HFA through eMechanical, cover physical products manufactured in a foreign country that are to be imported into the United States for distribution. HFA is unable to issue licenses for products that are both manufactured and distributed outside the United States. In addition, we do not license imports of digital products.
