How do I check on the status of my song submission?

Checking the status of your song submission depends on the method you used to register your song. If you used eSong in the HFA Portal, you may follow these steps to check the status of your eSong submission. If you submit works via CWR, you will refer to your acknowledgement files to determine the status of your song submissions.

However, if your song submission has been in process for over 30 days, or you received a rejection message that is not a conflict, please complete the Song Submission Inquiry Form with the relevant details, so that a member of our team can review.
